Where are my games stored?
On your phone, and only on your phone. There is no account and no cloud backup, so
deleting the app deletes your game history.
Can I change the rules?
Yes. Open Settings from the home screen and go to House rules. For Hearts, set the
target score and turn the jack of diamonds rule on or off. For 500, choose whether the
other team scores 10 points per trick always, only if the bid is missed, or never, and
whether taking all ten tricks scores at least 250. For Scopa, choose the target score
(11, 16, 21 or 31), turn re bello and napola on or off, and choose to deal
anticlockwise. Each game keeps the rules it started with, so changing them won't
affect a game already in progress.
I made a mistake entering a hand.
Use undo on the game screen to remove the most recent hand.
Why won't it accept my hand?
Hearts must add up to 13 across all players, and only one player can take the queen
of spades. If the numbers don't work, Cardigan asks you to correct them rather than
saving a hand that couldn't have happened. In 500 you enter the tricks one side took
and Cardigan works out the other side's from the ten played, and it won't save a hand
until you have chosen who bid, what they bid and how many tricks they took. Scopa's
scope count can't add up to more than 18, and settebello always needs a winner.
